1. Remove 4 points of charisma, lowering base to 4. 2. Put 4 points in perception, raising base to 17. 3. Train Spatial Awareness to 5 and Clarity to 5. 4. Plug in +5 perception implant. 5. Add the learning bonus. (17+15=32 32+3,2=35,2) 6. PROFIT.
